Bluetooth Setup Blocked by Group Policy windows 10

my Oneplus Nord Buds2 bluetooth ear buds stopped connecting - handshake no good. No sound or start/stop controls when watching videos. Happened 2 weeks ago. Confirmed buds work on another windows 10 desk top. Isolated to my Dell Latitude E6410, upgraded to Windows 10 years ago. Also checked system with bluetooth speaker, and it performed fine. When it worked, in bluetooth settings, it would show ["OnePlus Nord Buds 2" Connected voice, music]Now when I pair, the setting shows ["OnePlus Nord Buds 2" Connected] with no audio signal in earbuds.
