Bluetooth Problems.

Can somebody help me my bluetooth quit working when i moved my pc into another spot and this has happened before so i deleted the radio so it would reinstall but it didn't when i restarted my pc. My dongles are both plugged in but it still says i have no bluetooth can someone help.
