Bluetooth option not visible

I was using my pc and out of nowhere the bluetooth suddenly got disconnected and couldnt be displayed anymore.When i went to device manager, it somehow got hidden and aftwr several attempt to fix it, i finally decide to delete the driver and install it back from online and yet it didnt display. As a final attempt i decided to reset the pc but it still don't show the bluetooth option and when i go to device manager even after clicking on the ‘show hidden drivers’, it’s not visible.
