Bluetooth On/Off switch isn't showing and I cannot connect any bluetooth devices. [Windows 11]

Recently did a hard factory reset on my pc due to some malware that i could not get rid of. redownloaded everything and its all working much smoother than before. The only issue is that the I can not turn on bluetooth as the on/off switch is just not there and I can not add nor access the bluetooth icon from the taskbar thingy in the right hand corner where you check your wifi (whatever thats called). Did a troubleshoot through windows and it didnt help at all. what should i do?
