Bluetooth not detecting new devices on win11

Hello,My bluetooth on my pc (Gigabyte B650M) doesnt detect ANY new devices, I tried to fix it by uninstalling the adapter, reinstalling the drivers.When i went i to service a the only thing that was showing was bluetooth user service, three wasnt anything else with bluetooth in it, the service was turned off, and when i tried to enable it, it showed error 1068 bit when i went i to properities od it three wasnt any dependencies. GeForce it worked perfectly fine, it stopped working suddenly, it still conects to my phone.
