Bluetooth mouse keeps connecting to my PC even after I remove it

Hi all I have 2 PC's in my office for myself and wife, she has a Bluetooth mouse and I have a wired one. Every time she turns her PC on her mouse will connect to my PC? I have removed this a few times from the Bluetooth settings but this is not working. Any other way to stop this? Basically when the mouse gets power my pc connects to it with out asking me?
