Bluetooth missing on settings

I recently just moved up to windows 11 and i have a bluetooth USB cable plugged in and i cant see it anywhere in settings under the bluetooth tab it should have a turn on or off button but i dont have that either, and then their isnt any bluetooth button on the system settings part either even tho its plugged in it doesnt show anyt signs it even exists so where has it gone?edit: it doesnt show up in device manager either even when i look for any hidden ones its completly gone
