Bluetooth mice keep disconnecting

I've had this problem on two laptops. Both are fairly new. The oldest is a Lenovo E14 and it was purchased new from Lenovo maybe 3 years or so ago. The newest one is a Dell Inspiron 16 5640 which I purchased a few weeks ago. What happens is I connect a Bluetooth mouse and it works for a short time. It could work for a few months, a few weeks, a few days, or even a few minutes, and then it stops working. I have to Remove the device and add it again. It works and then it stops again. I had the same Logitech mouse that I had been using on the Lenovo and started using it on the Dell. Yest
