Bluetooth Keeps Disconnecting..........

I have an ASUS TUF A15 gaming laptop. On Saturday, I encountered a virus and took it to the computer shop where I purchased the laptop. They did a clean Windows install, and then I updated my device using the Microsoft Installation Manager to Windows 11 24H2.Today, I tried connecting my mobile via Bluetooth, but it doesn't stay connected. Every time I pair my device, it renames it to "Bluetooth LE Device 64e169b73fe8" and then disconnects. If I try to reconnect it just doesn't connect. I have ensured that my Windows is up-to-date.
