Bluetooth issue after Windows 11 Update 12/4/24

This issue has happened once before with a Win11 update but not to this extent. My Bluetooth has not been working correctly since this update. I have tried every solution that I could find in this community, support, YouTube with no solution. I cannot use any BT device including my Silhouette Cameo and my phone. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, updated drivers, restarted this laptop more times than not. The BT will connect to my sound devices but no sound will come out. In these images, SS01 is my soundbar.
