Bluetooth is gone after restart caused by computer freeze

I was browsing the internet using a bluetooth headset when all of a sudden my computer froze. It stayed frozen for an especially long time so I had to do a hard restart. After the restart, the bluetooth capability was gone. The bluetooth is built into the motherboard on my PC. I tried some fixes, the troubleshooter couldn't even check if I had a windows update available, let alone anything going on with the bluetooth. It does not show up in device manager. I uninstalled the bluetooth drivers and restarted my computer, but the driver was not reinstalled. Could this be a hardware issue? When usi
