My Bluetooth headphones are no longer connecting to my laptop. My headphones were connected and I had no problems until I tried to connect my phone via Bluetooth. It was paired but wouldn't connect. I removed my headphones thinking that they might be stopping my phone connecting to my laptop (it didn't work and my phone will still only pair but not connect to my laptop). When i tried to reconnect my headphones it wouldn't work. My headphones are called WH-CH700N but now my laptop can only find LE_WH-CH700N and doesn't show the headphone symbol but the PC/Tablet symbol. It shows as paired but it won't connect.
I have followed all the advice by Microsoft. I have disconnected and reconnected, installed driver updates, restarted my laptop, run troubleshooters, gone into services and changed all Bluetooth related services to automatic and restarted them.
