Since last Monday, I have been having trouble pairing Bluetooth devices to my PC (e.g. I can't get my Bluetooth headphones to connect). At first, I thought that my USB adapter was the culprit, so I got a replacement adapter. However, I still can't get Bluetooth to work on my PC after purchasing a new Bluetooth adapter, so I ran the troubleshooter, which indicated that there is a problem with the Generic Bluetooth Radio driver, but was unable to fix it. I haven't been able to find any drivers in Windows Update that would fix this problem, so I would like to know if I need to download a replacement Generic Bluetooth Radio driver, and if so, from where. Here are my Dell laptop's computer specs, if you need them:
