Bluetooth headphones mic doesn't work

When I connect them to my android phone both the audio and microphone work fine at the same time but when I connect them to my PC the audio works fine but microphone doesn't work and when choose to use my Bluetooth headphones as a microphone the audio stops working and the microphone still doesn't work, I just want to know if there is any way to fix this issue, thanks.
