Bluetooth Headphones audio issue

Hi,Since a Windows 11 update, I have been having an issue with my Bluetooth headphones. Everytime they connect to my laptop, there connected in hands-free mode and the audio is horrible.The headphones still work fine on any other device I connect them to (like my phone for example). They also worked fine on my laptop before I installed the updates.I tried to go into Devices and Printers > my headphones > Services & disable "Hands-free telephony". But by doing so, my laptop refuses to use the headphones AT ALL. They are shown as connected, but they do not appear as an option to choose
