Bluetooth headphones always at 50% - is there a fix?

Hi, I got a new laptop over summer and did a fresh install of windows 11 on it..Ever since my wireless headphones although fully charged display as being 50% all the time.All my drivers should be up to date. I have sony WH-1000XM5 headphones if that helps.
