Bluetooth Has Disappeared

I used my bluetooth connection several times a week. Today it has spontaneously disappeared: I can't connect to or add devices, there is no tile to toggle it on/off, no icon in system tray, no ability to use it in settings... it's as if it never existed. (The services themselves are running.) Reboot didn't help. (This covers the solution suggestions I've come across in a search.)No updates have been installed for several weeks now, so nothing has changed that should make it stop working. I'm not running, nor have I installed, any new software at all.Version 10.0.26100 Build 26100
