bluetooth has disappeared.

i lack proper headphones with an audio jack, so i use my bluetooth headphones with my pc, however, randomly when turning on my PC, Bluetooth was missing from quick settings. i checked for updates as that had fixed this issue in the past, i installed all updates and restarted my PC multiple times, no luck,i went into device manager and looked for bluetooth drivers which were hidden.as per your advice on someone else's similar issue, i uninstalled the drivers and restarted my PC, however the Bluetooth drivers did not reappear after a restart, nor a cold shutdown.i even checked for optional updat
