Bluetooth gamepad inputs aren't recognized properly

When using a Bluetooth gamepad my inputs are incorrectly recognized.From what I can tell it's occurring with both my GameSir T4 Pro and my sony DS4.I went to the device and printer and it's not any individual game at fault the controllers X-cross(DS4) and A(Gamesir) are being recognized as number 1 so square(DS4) and X(Gamersir). This occurs with Bluetooth on either device but when the gamesir is plugged into the laptop its recognized properly.The only controller I have had in my life that had that set up is a Logitech controller...How can I fix this so that the inputs are properly recognized,
