Bluetooth,Ethernet,WIFI - all have RED X mark in Network Connection

Internet Not working and Connections Icon I can see only AIRPLANE mode.Under Control Panel -> Network Connections I see all 3 Icons with RED X mark .Disable,Enable , Diagnose - nothing works Troubleshooer -> nothing works Any pointers will be helpful THANKS.
