Bluetooth earbuds not connecting

I have oneplus buds 2r. It works fine on my other devices but few days lately whenever i am trying to connect it to my laptop it doesn't connect. "couldn't connect" shows up. when i remove the TWS from devices and re-pair it it connects but doesn't show as a any audio or other device and after few seconds it disconnects automatically.. Whereas my Headphone works perfectly fine with laptop. TWS is working good on other devices(Phones)In event viewer it shows:- Windows cannot store Bluetooth authentication codes (link keys) on the local adap
