Bluetooth driver installed but not working

[Windows 10]

Hi, I bought a PC from Amazon some time ago. It worked flawlessly until I tried to connect external speakers. When searching for devices, it just keeps searching without showing any results.No matter what I try to connect, it doesn't appear. I'm getting frustrated as no one from Microsoft is responding, and I can no longer return the device.I've tried uploading the images but obviously it failed...This is what appears in Device Manager and I have tried reinstalling the drivers but no matter what - it doesn't work.
