Bluetooth disappeared both in device manager and bottom right pop up box

I'm in Windows 11 and often times, the bluetooth button just disappears completely from the pop up box (the one that usually shows the airplane mode, accessibility, battery saver, and the bluetooth buttons) and I can't turn it on anymore.I've looked through other questions within the website related to my problem, I tried to do the most common fix for this issue (which is setting the bluetooth support device to automatic) and it didn't work.I've checked the device manager and turned on "show hidden devices" to see bluetooth and even tried to scan it for hardware changes, but it yielded no res
