Bluetooth devices, printers, etc. work fine but not showing in Settings or Action Center in clean-installed Windows 11 24H2

Bluetooth devices can be paired with the computer and work fine without any problem, but they just do NOT show up in either Settings or Action Center.Installed printers (via TCP/IP port) can be found and used in Edge, Word, Excel, etc. but do DOT show up in Settings.Wondering whether this is a known issue of 24H2 since it seems that it has not been listed in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/release-health/status-windows-11-24h2I tried clean-installing Windows several times on over 5 different PCs with ISO released by Microsoft and disk images offered by PC manufacturers but the issue
