I cannot manage bluetooth conncections from the bleutooth section in settings.

No device are shown:

I have removed and reinstalled the bluetooth driver, stopped, disabled, reenabled and started the bluetooth services, including several reboots:

The Device manager shows bluetooth as working fine and several devices configured:

When I try to unistall the devices they disinstall ok but after a short while they "magically" show up again.

I also tried to hack the registry but, despite all my efforts, I'm not able to get rid of the device entry in the Bluetooth enumerator:

where I set the privileges to Full for Everyone.

When I try to remove the entry I get the following error:

c59446b4-5f6a-485e-91d9-0d1388084534?upload=true.png
even if I boot the system in safe mode.

Could anybody help in troubleshooth the problem?
At the moment my bluethooth connecction is pretty much useless.

Thanks.
