Bluetooth device only connects as voice and connects without bluetooth HDMI

I had this issue with a pair of headphones before but i managed to fix it by fiddling with the remove device option a few times but i've restarted my pc, disabled the device, restarted my bluetooth services and removed the device and no matter what I do the device always automatically connects and it connects as "voice", I unplugged the bluetooth HDMI thing and it still connects whilst the HDMI is unplugged, and I tested it with discord and the mic. I only get "AG audio" and no "stereo" sound option. I'm using a Soundcore Life Note E and I have no idea what to doI have tried updating my driver
