Bluetooth Device Discovery Option Not showing up Windows 11 Pro

Hello I'm reaching out in hopes to get some help since i cant find anything anywhere. I'm trying to change my Bluetooth device discovery setting from default to advanced but the option is missing on my computer. I have ran troubleshooting, uninstalled and reinstalled Bluetooth devices and drivers, windows is up to date, all drivers are up to date. for whatever reason that option isn't available to me on my Custom Built Desktop with Asus ROG X570 Crosshair VIII Dark Hero MB that has Bluetooth Built in.
