Bluetooth Controller Doesn't Connect to PC

I go to Bluetooth settings and I add the controller but after it has connected it will disconnect seconds later (the center button flashes) but in the settings it says that the controller is still paired. I've tried troubleshooting my drivers, updating them, reinstalling them, the controller works on another computer, I have removed it then added it again, etc. I have been looking for a fix for a while but nothing I have tried has worked.
