I have had a Bluetooth stuttering issue for a couple of months. I have tried to reinstall Bluetooth drivers and turned them off and on multiple times. My Bluetooth audio only stutters on my headphones (Sony WH-1000XM4). I use the Bluetooth that is on my motherboard (MSI Unify x570). I did not have this issue before, and everything ran fine for a couple of months, but then, randomly, this issue popped up. My workaround was to go to Services and restart each Bluetooth service, and that would usually solve the issue. I have the antenna connected to the motherboard, so I know that's not an issue.
