Bluetooth/Audio issue -- right channel not working (HP Envy)

Hello, I have a new HP Envy device (which has had some other weird problems!), and the bluetooth connectivity for headphones is not working properly. Whenever I connect I can only hear audio from the left audio channel. I know it's this device specifically because I have the same issue for every bluetooth headphones/earbuds that I connect, and the bluetooth devices work perfectly fine on my other windows laptops. Note that the speakers are fine and the headphones work alright when I connect with an AUX cable, so it seems like a Bluetooth issue. I suspect something is up with the microphone rec
