Bluetooth Audio Devices Paired & Connected Won't Play Audio

I have paired and connected multiple Bluetooth audio devices. While running Windows 10, I could switch between these devices nearly seamlessly. However, since updating to Windows 11, I am running into problems. Sometimes the Bluetooth devices work and sometimes they don't. Trying to switch between devices seems to be a scenario that causes them to stop working.
