Bluetooth and Ethernet gone

I recently wanted to go play Rocket League, so I tried connecting my PS5 controller to my pc, but it wouldn't connect. When I checked my bluetooth in my quick access thingy, the icon isn't there, only WiFi. Then I noticed that there is a WiFi icon, and not an ethernet icon. I updated to the next Windows 11 Update, but that did not fix it. I've tried unplugging and replugging my Bluetooth dongle, I've tried going into the BIOS and disable and enable BT/WiFi module which did not work either.
