Bluetooth and Camera not working, repeatedly.

I have a Windows 11 computer, and this will be the last Windows computer. With my last computer and now with this one the Bluetooth keeps getting deleted and now the Webcam isn't working. This computer is less than 3 months old, and the problems exist on both OS. Why does Microsoft fail like this constantly? I'm fed up with troubleshooting. I wish MS would stop F**k with stuff.
