soo....i was trying to fix a problem related to my bluetooth since my Bluetooth just dissappered out of nowhere. So i was told to press windows+ r and type services.msc to get to this tab of services. and then i was told to find bluetooth support services and to "start" it. when i looked for the start button there was "stop" and "restart" so i decided to click on restart. but when it was restarting i accidentally closed the tab and now it im unable to do anything, its just stuck at the stopping status for the past 7 hours and my blue tooth is still not fixed my camera has also gone (when i op
