Hello,I'm experiencing issues with my UGREEN CM591 Bluetooth adapter on Windows 11. The adapter should work with Bluetooth 5.3, and the drivers were installed automatically by Windows 11. Here’s a summary of the situation:The Bluetooth Support Service is running, and there are no other active Bluetooth devices on my system.Both Windows 11 and (as far as I know) the drivers are up to date.I've rebooted multiple times, and I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the adapter in Device Manager.When I try to add a Bluetooth device, Windows prompts me to turn on Bluetooth, but I can’t toggle i
