I am unable to connect ANY bluetooth devices. I have tried all of the other solutions including troubleshooting, updating drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling.I have a TUF GAMING B550M-PLUS (WI-FI) motherboard and Intel (R) Wireless Bluetooth (R). It reads STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE (code 10)
