Bluescreen problem with ntoskrnl.exe

Hello,Anyone possible help me with bluescreen diagnose I have been have problem with bluescreen over 2 month and I test with OCCT for graphic card and testing was fail. Which I have decide graphic card is problem I sent my graphic card to RMA and they said their testing department failed. So they send me I think refurbished graphic card. I am still having same problem but this time OCCT test is not crashing. Is possible my motherboard or cpu or ram can be broken? I was using my computer with intel install graphic card about month and with insert RMA graphic card now I get bluescreen everytime
