Bluescreen after enableing Memory Integritiy

Hi everyone.I'm trying to switch on the Memory Intergity option. But after i restart it to turn it on, my PC ends in the bluescreen with the code: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLEDafter that my PC runs smoothly with everything as it should be, just the Memory Integrity is still turned off. And everytime i try to enable it again my PC runs in to the Bluescreen after the restart. I google the problem and tried different options, updatet softwares and drives etc. but nothing helped so far.My PC runs on Windows 10 Home Thanks in advance for your help.
