Blue Yeti Mic USB 3.0 stopped working, likely after Windows 11 update?

The Blue Yeti mic works on another WIndows 10 PC but not on my laptop. It is detected by Windows setting and programs such as sound recorder, Zoom, Discord, etc but will never transmit audio. In Device Managment, it is using Audio Endpoint driver. All permissions including exclusive are enabled. Nothing is muted. Oddly, my Logitech Brio 100 camera plugged into the same USB ports has both its camera and mic working.
