Blue screens everytime, third party problem?

Windows Vista crashes several times a week. Today I got this information on
the crash.. Can anybody help me? How can I find out which software or
hardware is causing this problem? Thanks!

If you can send this file:

> C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini012408-01.dmp


to me at rick@mvps.org, using a subject line of 'per req', I'll take a look
to see if I can identify the cause of this driver error. Generally, this
error (0xD1) is caused by a non-compliant or damaged driver file using the
wrong IRQ level.

The file path is given to you, C:\Windows\minidump, just go/browse there
when you browse to add an attachment (Mini012408-01.dmp) to the email.
