Blue screened and ethernet says connected but internet will only work if ethernet is disabled and wifi is used

windows 11 pro.Computer blue screened today now ethernet won't work. restarted pc, restarted network adapters, changed ethernet cord, restarted pc, restarted router, wifi works but only if ethernet is disabled. deleted and reinstalled ethernet driver. checked for windows updates, nvidia updates, virus scanned. no solution.checked event viewer and this is the most recent event prior to the blue screen today:- <Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event">- <System> <Provider Name="Microsoft-Windows-Security-Auditing" Guid="{54849625-5478-4994-a5ba-3e3
