My laptop is stuck with a blue screen and the following message:“Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We’re just collecting some error k for, and then we’ll restart for you”.It shows 100% complete but the blue screen won’t go away.Stop code: Driver_Verifier_DMA_Violation
