Blue screen with "User Profile Service service failed the sign-in" message after reinstalling Windows 10

Split from this thread. Hi. I have this same issue where I have the blue screen with User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. message after reinstalling Windows 10 with the local installation. No I cannot get past the Sign in button because it goes directly to the blue screen error message. I have tried the hard restart method but no success. Please help. I cannot access any other user. There is no other user. I did a full erase reinstall of Windows 10.Thank You for your help.
