Blue screen "video memory management internal"

This only happens when using Premiere Pro and Media Encoder.I was on a somewhat dated version of studio drivers, then switched to latest game ready drivers and crashes still occurred. I'm editing 4k footage so its somewhat heavy.probably about 10 crashes between yesterday and today.Specs:5700x3060 Ti32gb 3000 mhz ram (xmp)b450m ds3hWondering if my video card is on the fritz.I have a warranty still on my GPU if thats the issue.https://www.dropbox.com/sh/335w4id65s8wmz9/AACGXa88dO5poINa7qdXOrTba?dl=0
