Blue screen upon closing Rainbow Six Siege

Hi all, I've recently been encountering a blue screen once exiting Rainbow Six Siege on my machine. I had built this computer two years ago and never encountered a blue screen up until this point. I had downloaded siege about a week ago only to encounter two blue screens in the past two days. I wasn't able to get a picture of the blue screen and read any of it but all I could figure out how to do was a memory diagnostic. I did so only to come up with no errors.
