Blue screen repair loop

I am stuck in a blue screen loop unable to restore when i tried to restore i got error code 0x80070026. When trying to run an sfc scan it said error 50 and attempts using chkdsk have been unsuccseful. Wont let me uninstall any updates aswell. When trying to reset it says problem occurred. I have tried safe mode and any in menu option I am stuck
