Blue screen "POWER DRIVER STATE FAILURE" while powering on

Hello everyone, Since last year I have a small issue with my PC, basically when I turn it on it loads the mobo manufacturer screen (an ASUS TUF B-460M plus) with the information to open the BIOS etcetera. The screen goes black (shows no input) for a minute or 2 and then the pc finally restarts loading everything as it should, just before restarting sometimes it shows a BSOD with the "POWER DRIVER STATE FAILURE" error. The exact same situation shows up when I wake the PC up from sleep mode, in that situation it's kind of frustrating as I may lose some work I left open and unsaved. I never went
