Blue Screen only when playing games or shutting off PC

I just got this laptop around March of 2022, a few months in it started to blue screen anytime I was playing a really intensive game. Games that are 2D or require very little to run haven't ever crashed my laptop, it's mainly ones that are 3D AAA games with really high graphics requirements. Of note: My computer meets the requirements to run those games, and I've double checked myself.Oddly, sometimes the game won't crash my computer, but it will cause other applications to fail, and when I go to turn off my PC, it bluescreens.
