Good evening. It's me Mizuna Tsubasa again. I had issues with BSOD in the month of November and that thankfully was resolved with the friendly help of one Mr. Prakhar Khare, Microsoft Community Mod. Unfortunately, barely 3 weeks passed before another BSOD was triggered within Windows 10. The thing is, I managed to login fine with my credentials. I stepped out for a moment (5 minutes) before returning to my computer and seeing the dreaded BSOD. I wasn't connected online, no external disk or equipment attached and the computer isn't charging. My battery is currently discharging at 45% when I access the minidump file after reboot, so I could confidently say it wasn't a power failure. Also, I have yet to do any major update since the last BSOD occurred.
As duly informed, here are my recent Onedrive link for my Minidump file and MSinfo32:
Public
I am using:
- ASUS TUG GAMING FX505DD-BQ234T
- AMD RYZEN(TM) 5 3550H
- NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1050 3GB
- W10 HOME SINGLE LANGUAGE (version 1809)
(more specifications can be accessed in Systems Information File uploaded in OneDrive link above)
