Blue screen of death want to submit minidump files to fix the issue.

i would like to submit my minidump files. I been having blue screen errors. I have done a sfc scan, memory scan, dism, and then kept geting crashes. It did at times find a corrupt file and fixed but tit never sloved my problem. I was having problems doing a system repair and upgrade to windows 11. I couldnt even wipe the os and use windows media creation to fix it. I was able to wipe the hard drive from the bios and installed a new OS but now my activation key is lost and seems to error when I try to find it.
